It provided suggestions to elementary school teachers to improve their attitude of teaching, and turned into a reference of reaching the instruction objective in effective multicultural education. The methodology is the analyzed statistic result of questionnaires’survey. Analyzing relevant theories and references is the main framework of this research. It was conducted by elementary school teachers who are employed in Kaohsiung city. Each of the 649 subjects was given a questionnaire to fill out. A total of 629 questionnaires were returned. Out of those, 96.9% was valid. Each questionnaire has three topics which are background information, teaching attitude of multicultural education, and instruction efficiency. Some specific ways are used for the statistic analysis, which are Factors Analysis, T-test, Single ANOVA, Product/Moment Correlation, and Multi-variables stepwise regression. Following are the conclusions of the study: 1.Elementary school teachers’teaching attitude and instruction efficiency are making vital progress positively in Kaohsiung city. 2.Teaching attitudes in multicultural education of elementary school teachers with different education backgrounds, occupied positions, and scales of their school are significant variations. 3.Also, time of a teacher devoted in school is another essential factor to differ teaching attitude and instruction efficiency. 4.There is positive correlation between instruction efficiency and teaching attitude from multicultural education of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city. 5.Teaching attitude from multicultural education of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city can effectively predict and affect how the instruction efficiency would be.
