At present, solar cell is the most popular green energy choice in the world. The polymer based organic solar cells not only inherits all characteristics of traditional solar device but has some advantages such as: lightweight, flexibility, cost-effectivity, and suitable for large-area devices. Some researches show the polymer-based active layer mixed with MWCNT can increase the carrier mobility and then enhance the performance of the solar cells. Taguchi method is a worldwide used parameters design method due to the features of time saving and accuracy. This paper presents a new Taguchi robust design of organic solar cell consisting of MWCNT/polymer, and obtains the optimum parameters of fabricating process.
