Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 97 === This research aims at understanding the present situation of junior high school and elementary school teaching and administrative staff's psychological contract and emotional labor, then analyse the relation of the two. Research this adopt document analysis, questionnaire investigation method, in order to make up by oneself ' psychological contract and emotional labor questionnaire ' for study tool. The investigation was aimed at 1000 people of junior high school and elememtary school teaching and administrative staff in the area of Kaohsjung and Pingtung, Taiwan. The result, 63% of rate of recovery, 589 effective questionnaires. These questionnaires were deal with SPSS 10.0 and with statistic methods, including Hotelling T2, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correction, and Multiple Regression etc. The important conclusion of this research is as follows: First, the background variables of teaching and administrative staff in different age, service seniority and working post, were significant on except, realize and violating of both that transactional contract and relational contract. Second, the background variables of teaching and administrative staff in different working post and background variables were significant difference in form of good emotion, shoulder emotion and deal with others shoulder emotion. Third, teaching and administrative staff's psychological contract dropping variance has result of predicting to emotional labor. This research discusses, offer a executive, the suggestions of administrative personnel, teaching and administrative staff to the school and follow-up researcher according to the result of the materials.
