| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系所 === 97 === The Red Imported Fire Ant is one of the top 100 disastrous invasive species of the world. Ever since it invaded Taiwan in 2003, it has made a severe damage on Taiwan. The country has already established the National Fire Ant Prevention Center to deal with the problems. Still, up to date, we are not able to completely erase them all out of Taiwan. Taoyuan is the place which is under the most serious influence of fire ants, with its 12 out of 13cities and townships declared as the infected area.
This research is to use Balanced Scorecard as a evaluation standard for policy evaluation, applying AHP as analytical method. The result suggests
that the aspects of learning and growth are the most important, while the financial aspect is the second most important criteria. This research provides 10 items performance evaluation indicators and priority ranking as a reference for policy implemeuation.
