The traditional blue blouse’s simple, elegant, convenient, natural, practical, and wear-resisting clothing characteristics can fully express the nature of the Hakka people who are straightforward, frugal, strong and resolute, intelligent, making use of local materials, and advocates of nature. In recent years, the government especially emphasizes the development of cultural creativity industry by encouraging partnerships with designers in the related industries to promote Hakka traditional culture and develop a modern Hakka cultural industry for the new era. In order to promote LiuDui’s Hakka cultures and drive the development of Hakka’s industries, one must join forces with the creativity industry to boost trade. This study will record, on location, the promotional activities of indigo dyeing techniques in the LiuDui Hakka area by the indigo dyeing organization. We will interview, in depth, the managers of these Hakka companies, and then analyze the relationship between the Hakka indigo dyeing techniques and the Hakka cultural creativity industry. The findings will be used in the future as references to promote indigo dyeing cultural creativity value-added industry. Optimistically, local business organizations will drive LiuDui area’s cultural creativity industry by their spontaneous, and from the bottom up promotion activities, with the development mechanism for indigo dyeing. By promoting indigo dyeing techniques, LiuDui Hakka’s community cultural creativity industry will come alive, and the economy of the Hakka community will be prosperous.
