It is a prominently predefine factor that still lacking and need to be explored. Therefore, according to different organizations' types, the internal relationships of the enterprise tend to become more complicated than before. Employees who perceive the political behavior in the organization will reduce their trust toward organization. All the conducts of interpersonal behavior are deeply influenced by bilateral relations. Along with compatriots' interpersonal relationships contain differential effects on sequential patterns; leaders are often influenced by two-sided relationships on staff assessment evaluations, which leaders make different judgments toward outsiders and intimates with serous bias. In this study, in order to clarify the unique meaning of management loyalty, as well as the relationship format between staffs and supervisors, and the different influential results of the staff-to-supervisor royalty pre-factors, this research specifically focus on collectiong information from Taiwan public and private enterprises. It is necessary for the public and private enterprises to obtain the perspectives from the relationship in diverse organization types. From the distinctive concepts of Chinese differential effects of sequential patterns, it is discussed that in different organizational types, leaders make differentiations of the performance of subordinates, which analyzes the correlation between supervisors and subordinates' political behavior and performance evaluation. In overall, this study can be summarized as the following research results by assuming a proposition: 1. The lower consciousness of the differential effects by sequential patterns; the higher the political behavior in the organization. 2. The higher consciousness of the differential effects by sequential patterns;the higher the civil behavior in the organization. 3. The higher consciousness of the differential effects by sequential patterns;the lower the impact on governmental enterprise from rather than private one. 4. The higher consciousness of the differential effects by sequential patterns;the higher the impact on private enterprise from rather than governmental one toward civil behavior in the organization. Finally, to provide the suggestion is for some main contribution of the present study, and the research is for limited direction of future research and management practice.
