Health promotion association is the responsible organization to promote the community to WHO safe community.The organizational commitment is an index of weather the member recognizes the organizational goal. Previous study point out that the low level of the organizational commitment will lead negative influence of knowledge sharing and organizational performance. Therefore, the organizational commitment and knowledge sharing network are the important issue for organizational manager. It is necessary to explore the organizational commitment and knowledge sharing network. Purpose:Explore the correlation of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing network in Health Promotion Association. Method:The participants are the members of a health promotion association. The research method includes survey and in-depth interview. 56 questionnaires were completed out of 81 questionnaires with 69.14% response rate. Data analysis includes sample describe analysis, explore and confirmation factor analysis, by using SPSS 15.0 and UCINET 6.0 to explore the correlation of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing network. Results and Suggestions:The research suggests that value commitment has positive influences with information collecting centrality and suggestion donating centrality. Commitment to stay has positive influences with suggestion donating centrality. In addition, there is high level of organizational commitment in Health Promotion Association. It was found that the level of information sharing density is high in the members of health promotion association by social network graph analysis, especially chief executive officer, education is senior high school, college and university, the head of a neighborhood , secretarial office, intentional injury prevention group has high level of knowledge sharing network links, density, network centrality.In academic aspect, this research explores members of health promotion association organizational commitment and knowledge sharing network to infer other organization research. In management aspect, suggest that the manager of health promotion association should pay much attention on the members in informal network and isolated members, such as those who in master’s degree and above, member with less than one year working experience, public place safety promotion group, injury surveillance group, and government organization. Suggest to hold meeting by each issue, and to increase information sharing channel, such as phone, meeting, and official document.To improve the understanding of the information in safe community and implement the policy of health promotion association by holding large activity, and using compact disk, video, and internet, furthermore to improve the health and safety of residents.
