Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動技術研究所 === 97 === The Intercollegiate Taiwan Oriental Cup of Tennis Ranking Tournament (TO Cup) had been hold for 15 years. Each year, more than thousand tennis players took part in the TO cup. TO cup is divided into division I and II groups based on player’s performance level. The purposes of the study were to investigate the service status including the convenience of the register procedure, location of stadium arena surroundings transportation, environmental of competition, and arranging schedule of the competition of the 15th OT Cup. Four hundreds and twenty-eight questionnaires were given out and 392 validate data were collected after getting rid of incomplete and blank questionnaires. Chi-square was used to analyze the data. The findings and as follows: 1.Male participants are majority sources of TO cup. By analyzing the different divisions, stand three fourths of the total male participants are Division II. 2.Regarding the convenience of the register procedure of TO cup, the female division II players has lower satisfied (p<.05) than other three groups. 3.Most of the participants had higher satisfied score with the 15th TO cup courts, surrounding facilities, court surface level of bounce, and the tennis courts lightings. Furthermore, most participants had high satisfactory scorer for the tournament schedule arrangement. 4.Regarding staffs service of TO Cup, most participants had high satisfied score. But the first time participants had lower satisfied score than more experience players for referee judiciary capabilities.
