Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 教練研究所 === 97 === Yani-Tzen, a twice LPGA Championship winner from Taiwan, had gained noticeable achievement in golf since her participation in 2008. From the analysis data of her performance, it is easy to know that the essential to a good performance in a golf game relies on several factors: putting, short game, and ball-saving skills. Golf games take place in natural environments rather than, just like most amateurs, repeating full-swing practices in a driving range, neglect of short game and saving skills in different slope conditions. A discussion from this report will be covered the techniques and management of putting, short game, and bunker shot in order to achieve a better score. Among all the sports, as well as in golf, an excellent physical condition is vital to good performances. High levels of cardiopulmonary endurance, muscular power and explosive force can definitely increase the performance in sports, as well as reduce sports injuries. Furthermore, a good psychological management is also another important factor to win a game. A best performance in golf is not only a showing-off the athlete’s superior techniques, but also a stage of controlled mental stability in the game. Psychological management in a golf game reflects the athlete’s cognizance in sports competition. Hence, athletes with positive cognizance usually obtain better techniques and performances in the athletic competition. It is my hope that this technical report will be helpful to modern golf game and favorable to golf players.
