Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 材料科學系碩士班 === 97 === ABSTRACT The TiO2 poeders were prepared by a hydrothermal synthetic method as anode materials for Lithium -ion batteries. The TiO2 samples were prepared to investigate the effects of temperature on materials characteristics and electrochemical properties. Therefore, tin/titanium dioxide composites have been developed as anode material for Lithium -ion batteries vis a simple and inexpensive electroless plating process. The morphology and the structure of the modified TiO2 powders were examined by SEM, DSC and XRD. The results showed that the tin were distributed on the surface of TiO2 particles. The modified TiO2 materials were characterized by cycle life testing, rate capability, EIS and EDS. The results showed that an adequate amount of tin deposited on TiO2 particles can enhance capacity and cyclability for Lithium -ion batteries.
