The text content did not have enough conditions to judge the type of family which went into the type of others,and The Nuclear Family took the higher percentage among all the types of family,other types had not found. And the Parent-Child Relationship took the higher percentage among all the types of family relationship and the Others had not found. As to the Family Function, Passion Function took the higher percentage among all the types of family function and some other family functions had not found. Secondly, all kinds of Chinese language textbooks edition of the third grade were not found the idea of Backbone Family and the Inter-generational Family. The Hang Lin textbook was the most comprehensive edition among the three. Thirdly, the three kinds of textbooks edition included the same content list, however, the Kang Hsuan edition listed out the content list of family relationship much more equally. Therefore, comparatively speaking, the Kang Hsuan edition reflected much more dimensions of the family relationship. Fourthly, the Hang Lin edition of Chinese language textbooks of third grade showed more dimensional on family function than others. Fifthly, generally speaking, the appearance orders of the family concept were the Kang Hsuan、the Hang Lin and the Nan Yi editions. Sixthly, among the all volumes of the mandarin textbook in the third grade, the No. five volume got the highest proportion as 55% and the No. six volume got the lowest proportion as 45%, there was 10% different in between. Based on the study results, the results made some suggestions to the textbooks editing, the teachers’instruction and the studies in the future.
