Because it can solve the problem of knowledge centralization. But CKM always have a problem that using key word to search articles make CKM members hard to find out articles they want. This study created a kind of Advanced Document Search Mechanism. We hope it should encourage CKM’s members to share knowledge with others. This study compares two groups of CKMs'' members’ intention on knowledge sharing, one with Advanced Document Search Mechanism, and the other one for none. So, we use the theory of planned behavior as a theoretical framework and introduce several extraneous variables. Data were collected by questionnaires and conducted with a quantitative analysis. And Partial Least Square were administered to analyze the data. The main findings were as follows: (1)The Advanced Document Search Mechanism can help people to find out articles they want. (2)It’s hard to tag document semantic annotations. (3)It will work a lot to help CKM’s members find out articles, if we can find a much easy way to add document semantic annotations. C.I.
