Questionnaire survey of 517 elementary school person of charge in counties/cities of Tainan was chosen by stratified random sampling method. The extents to which principals appeared on five organizational citizenship behavior and job performance dimensions were above the average and interpersonal harmony and help odd jobs was the highest one in the response of organizational citizenship behavior and job performance respectively. Post, gender, age, educational background, service seniority, school size, and location of service were the demographic variables which influenced the differences of response on the organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. There was significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and job performance in which the protecting school resources had the best predictability toward to job performance. Suggestions are put forth to be the reference points for educational administrators, elementary school person of charge, school service workers and researches. none 鄭新輝 學位論文 ; thesis 153 zh-TW
