The thesis utilizes flower as its main theme, trying to explore the issues of awareness and classify Lévi Strauss’ thoughts of structuralism. And then seek for the relationships between classified options, corresponding to the creations and studies. Lévi Strauss’ structural analysis was originally set forth in Anthropology. The purpose is to culture a system of common symbol and mutual spirit, without the restrictions on the types and forms, just like the spiritual exploration process of artistic creations in the form of various styles. The thesis will base on the discussion of structural analysis with symbolic thinking, to search for the links between experience and practice, and thus provide a possible research model for artistic creations and methods. The thesis altogether is divided into five chapters; the first chapter deals with the pleasure experience of flowers and creation intention. Chapter Two is consist of the discussion of Flowers’ symbolic thinking, and to search for the relationship which changes from metaphor to metonymy. Chapters Three through Five, proving this result is correct, and the common structure of symbolic thinking discovers the possibility of creation.
