Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 97 === Abstract The purpose of this study is focus on the tendency of work values for the vocational high school students of electrical and electronic cluster in Taipei. Besides, it also includes the research on the differences between personal backgrounds and work values. Existing relevant papers are reviewed to realize the theories of work values. Then, questionnaire survey is used to get the practical data. By using cluster sampling method, the data were collected by the valid 749 questionnaire from the public and private vocational high school students of electrical and electronic cluster in Taipei. The relevant statistics methods used to obtain the results of the survey include the frequency distribution, percentile, means, standard deviation, independent-samples T test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffé method. Important findings of the research are as follows: 1.Most students of vocational high school of electrical and electronic cluster in Taipei, have the positive work values, but they value “economic returns” highly rather than “altruism”. 2.There's no significant difference among the students in different “school category” (public and private) in work values, except “avoid anxious”. 3.The students of the first graders value them more highly than the third graders from the six subgroups, “self-growth”, “self-ctualization”, “altruism”, “achievement & dignity”, “relationship co-workers” and “enterprise culture”, as well as the domain of “goal values”and “the whole work values”. 4.There's significant difference among the students from different departments in work values, except “self-growth”. The students in electrical department think the most highly of work values, while the students in control engineering department view it the least important. 5.There's no significant difference among the students in different gender in work values. 6.In the aspect of whole work values, there's no significant difference between the students with religious belief and the students of atheism, except the subgroups of “altruism” and “enterprise culture”. Furthermore, there are no remarkable differences among the different religious belief in work values. 7.There's no significant difference in work values because of the different levels of education or social status of students' parents. According to the study findings and the conclusions, the related suggestions would be proposed to education institutions, schools, parents, religious groups, enterprise superintendents and the follow-up researchers.
