Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 體育學系 === 97 === Sport Leisure is getting popular and prevent during the past few years. Especially In-line skating around the island that becomes the hit. As we know, moderate exercise can enhance the health. Long term exercise will generate immunosuppression phenomenon from which lymphocyte plays an important role. In the aspect of immunology, it is still unclear to know the variation of lymphocyte subsets in the body after continuous moderate exercise for several days. This research will show the result of lymphocyte percentage and the related impact after continuous long term exercise of in-line skating around the island. The research is proceeded with nine healthy males (average age: 20.78 ± 2.22 years, experience of in-line skating: 9.44 ± 2.13 years, maximum oxygen intake: 54.49 ± 5.87 ml.min-1.kg-1), for seven days in a raw of in-line skating around the island (total of 953 kilometers). The blood sample was taken under four conditions: 1.before departure of the journey, 2. the closing day of the journey, 3. during 36 hours after journey, 4. during 10 days after journey. The blood sample was used to compare percentage of lymphocyte subsets CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, CD3-CD19+, CD3-CD16+CD56+, variation and related impact of CD4+/ CD8+. The data are analyzed by repeated one-way ANOVA and Pearson product moment correlation. The result is as following: CD4+/ CD8+ decrease obviously after In-line skating around island and percentage of CD3+CD4+ , CD3-CD19+ is much lower than departure the journey which keeps decreasing during 36 hours after the journey (p< .05). CD3-CD16+CD56+ increase obviously (p< .05) and there is no apparent change for CD3+CD8+ during the whole journey. Lymphocyte subsets show the opposite relation before and after the journey. Conclusion: After In-line skating around island, it causes the decrease of percentage of CD3+CD4+ and CD3-CD19+, generate the immunosuppression and open window of immune. It is important to take care of body after long term exercise for several days due to the weakening of immunity that may possibly cause the infection.
