Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 體育學系在職進修碩士班 === 97 === Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of In-line skating around the island on the index of liver function. Method: Eight university male students (average age: 20.29 ± 1.11 years, experience of in-line skating: 9.71 ± 1.25 years, maximum oxygen intake: 51.93 ± 9.17 ml.min-1.kg-1) were recruited as the subjects for this study. All subjects finished the in-line skating around the island (total of 953 kilometers). The blood samples were collected at the 1st before exercise around the island (T1), the 1st after exercise around the island (T2), 7th day before exercise around the island (T3), 7th day after exercise around the island (T4), 36 hours after journey (T5), and 10 days after journey (T6). The concentration of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) vere measured. The datas were analyzed by repeated one-way ANOVA and Pearson product moment correlation. Resuts: 1)The concentration of AST was significantly higher at T4 until T5 than T1, and ALT was significantly higher (p< .05) at T4 until T6 than T1. 2) The ratio of AST/ALT was significantly lower at T5 until T6 than T1, and the ratio of AST/ALT at T6 was significantly lower than normal range. 3) The concentration of AST and ALT was singnifcant positive correlation (p< .05). Conclusion: After in-line skating around island, it sharpened the workload in our bodies. It’s important to distribute the time between motion and rest for health care during the in-line skating around insland. Keywords: In-line skating around the island, Liver function index, AST, ALT
