As LOHAS and Slow Living have become a trend, most employees desired to keep balance between work and non-work life. Leisure participation could moderate job stress and adjust work life balance. The purposes of this study were to indentify high-tech industry employees’ job stress, leisure participation and work-life balance, to analyze the different work life balance toward high tech industry employees, to investigate the relationship among job stress, leisure participation and work-life balance. This study collected 318 effective questionnaires. Data were analyzed by utilizing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and multiple hierarchical regression. Results indicated that demographic variables, leisure participation as well as job stress explained a significant proportion of the variance in work interference personal life (WIPL). Base on the results, suggestion was employers and employees could try to reduce the long work hours to avoid work life imbalance problems.
