The questionnaire was self-structure and then 278 effective questionnaires were resulted. The subjects comprised most senior graders from one elementary school in Taichung City chosen with judge sampling. The major findings were as follows: 1. Subjects were better in safe sport cognition, but were worse in cognition of sport injury treatments. Subjects were positive in safe sport attitude and acted above average in safe sport behavior. 2. There were positive relationships among safe sport cognition, safe sport attitude, and safe sport behavior. 3. Variables including gender, family socioeconomic status, safe sport cognition and safe sport attitude could explain 24.8% variance of safe sport behavior. Especially safe sport attitude was the best predictor for safe sport behavior.
