E-Learning can create multimedia presentations, and then it can be easily used as teaching materials that can be transmitted through conventional or wireless networks. The learning methods reinforce the extension of education. We collect and analyze the meaning and the value of artifacts appreciation, attribution of digital information, capability of new communication, characters of e-Learning and self-questioning about the development of information technology in a systematic way.
