Chapter Three, the Introduction of Chien Nan-Chang’s work, introduces Chien Nan-Chang’s biography with further analyzing the poetry choice and programme arrangement in the concert. Finally, makes deeply analysis of Chien’s twelve songs.
Chapter Four, the Feature of Poem-Music combination in “Tribute to Chien Nan-Chang”concert, discusses the relationship between art songs, lyrics and melody in three aspects: the combination of melody and songs, the arrangement of poetry and piano part, and the application of tune and harmony in poetry.
