In this experiment, waves have featured in three angels of incident with following three degrees and four wave steepness as follows: 0.075, 0.056, 0.028, and 0.019 respectively, which studies these waves on the shoal when waves –breaking occurs through crescent shoal, waves refraction and energy congregate at the back of crescent shoal to comprehend the circumstance of variation in waves around crescent shoal. The experimental result found that waves suffered from variation in refraction influenced by wave-breaking and crescent shoal and also discovered energy congregation on the back of crescent shoal. However, the zone that energy congregation shifts because of various wave period. The congregating range is relevant to the period of incident and angels of incident. It is more significant that focusing effect with short period other than long period, whose range is broader .The experiment studied its focusing effect, which resulted from wave-breaking occurring the secondary flow and the impact on energy transformation, drives waves behind the shoal simply reach 1.5 higher below or above than the original incidental waves. Thus, provided that its focusing effect applies to waves generation on the ocean, its congregation to generate electricity.
