Stimulating the human’s innovation and work motivation has become the key to organizational survival. This study explore group identification from the viewpoint of person-environment fit to strengthen work performance. There are many values in Chinese culture different from the values of other cultures and lack of the study of relationship among supervisor-subordinate value similarity and group identification. Using "power distance", "collectivism" value similarity to be independent variables explore the influence on "group identification" and the interference effects of "person-job fit". To measure the value similarity between supervisor and subordinate, data were collected from state-operated unit, educational circles, shipping company, etc. The results turned out that "supremacy of group interest" and "group work preference" similarity between supervisor and subordinate have a positive significant influence on group identification. The interaction of "Basic need" and "collectivism" value similarity can positively affect group identification.
