Unlike previous broadcast encryption schemes, the proposed scheme is generalized in a sense that not only a user in the upper hierarchy of a hierarchical identity-based scheme can delegate his subordinate users to do the broadcast encryption, but any unrelated user can delegate his capacity to other users; and anonymous in that both the encrypting party and the destination parties are not known to a third party.
