Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 社會科教育學系碩士班 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationships between leisure activity participation and leisure constraints of upper graders in elementary schools. The study edited by myself is based on “Leisure Activity Participation Table” and “Leisure constraint table”. The objects of the study are the fifth and sixth graders in the public elementary schools in Taipei County. The total effective samples are seven hundred and ninety-one. I apply various statistical methods to analyze the materials, such as Descriptive Statistics, T- test and one-way Anova variance analysis. According to the analysis of T-test and one-way Anova variance, we found that leisure activity participation of school children varies according to their grades, family status, the rights of making for leisure time, and their mothers’ ethnic groups. Leisure constraint also varies according to their grades, religious belief, their mothers’ ethnic groups, and the location of the school. Based on the Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, there is a significantly positive correlation between leisure participation and leisure constraint. After the further stepwise multiple regression analysis, it is found that upper graders’ leisure constraint for the variance of leisure participation explanation is 24%. Especially, the dimension of “interpersonal constraints” is the most powerful estimation.
