Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 音樂學系碩士班 === 98 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions and the performances of recorder-teaching held by the recorder teachers in Taipei county and Taipei city. There were two sub-variables: How these teachers perceive the value or benefit of recorder teaching, how they integrate it with the curriculum instruction preparation ability. 「How these teachers perceive the value or benefit of recorder teaching」including three factor : Professional knowledge, Teaching method and Teaching attitude. —all these aspects are deeply scrutinized and analyzed. Moreover, this paper discusses the background variables (Gender, Education seniority and Recorder teaching seniority) and the environmental variables (The location of the school and the background of the education) among music teachers; there are differences and correlations between each individual’s perception and actual performance of recorder teaching. The study was utilized by survey method. The instrument was a self-designed questionnaire “The current status of the perception and the recorder teaching in the elementary schools.” Use the judgment sampling to choose 362 samples. There were 310 effective questionnaires. The recover rate was 85.63 %. The conclusions of this research include: A. Perception of the values of recorder-teaching The attitude of teaching is more higher than the others (Professional knowledge and Teaching method) B. The background factors : 1.Female is higher than male in perception of recorder teaching. 2.In the factor of years of teaching experience, teachers between 16 to 20 years are much higher than which below 5 years. 3.In the factor of years of recorder education seniority, teachers between 15 to 20 years is much higher than which more than 20 years. 4.In the factor of school location, rural area is higher than urban area. C. The current condition about practice of recorder-teaching among Elementary school in Taipei county and Taipei city is between agreement and absolute agreement. In the end, according to the result of this research, some suggestions are proposed to school teachers, schools, teacher-training institutes, future researchers and publishers.
