Participants were 604 female students (295 fifth-grade & 309 sixth-grade), aged 11.17±0.75 years, participating in 2008 swimming curriculum of physical education in several elementary schools in Chung Ho town and Yung Ho town, Taipei County. A series of Pearson product-moment correlation analyses and hierarchical multiple-regression analyses were conducted and the major findings were as follows: 1. Perceived mastery climate and perceived ability were positively related to swimming intention and enjoyment, however, social physique anxiety was negatively associated with swimming enjoyment. 2. Perceived mastery climate and perceived ability positively predicted the swimming intention and enjoyment. Finally, results are discussed based on the theoretical framework, and suggestions are made for practical application and future research directions. Ying-Che Huang 黃英哲 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW
