Research data were collected through the methods of literature review and questionnaire.。The tool for the questionnaire method consisted of a self-developed instrument entitled “Questionnaire about the Job Satisfactions of Local School Supervisors in Taiwan.” The subjects of this research are selected from the local supervisors from the Education Department of Keelung City、Taipei City、Taoyuan County、Hsin-Chu County and Hsin-Chu City. The respondents’ answers were analyzed 147 questionnaires using SPSS. The results of data analyses indicated that (1) Local school supervisors perceived themselves to perform high in the job satisfaction; (2) There are significant differences in eight areas, such as : human relationship、chairman leadership、social status、job、work environment、work effects and professional system、evaluation promotion and job development、salary and welfare). Local school supervisors perceived themselves to perform highest in human relationship area, and lowest in salary and welfare area. (3) There are significant differences between job satisfaction and most of the background variables : such as age、working years、job accommodation、the educational background、the number of staffs in the organization、working areas, expect sex variables. 林海清 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
