Abstract
This research is not only to inquire the Taipei county elementary school part-time administrative teachers’ factual conditions between Job-Involvement and School-Efficiency but also to compare the difference among varied background variables. It helped to analyze the correlation between Job-Involvement and School-Efficiency and explore Job-Involvement influence on School-Efficiency. And the conclusion based on this research provides some suggestions as the reference to enchance the Job-Involvement and School-efficiency in Taipei County.
This research was conducted by literature analyses and a survey with the tool of research self-developed questionnaire, “Study on the relationship between Job-involvement and School-Efficiency on elementary schools part-time Administrative teachers in Taipei County.” The valid samples are 696 teachers who have part-time administration jobs in Taipei County. The data obtained were worked through mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regressions for analysis and treatment. The conclusion extracted from the research is as follows:
1. The elementary administrative teachers in Taipei county tend to Job-Involvement.
2. The elementary administrative teachers in Taipei county show more job-involvement with the increasing age,seniority,and administrative seniority.
3. The directors show more Job-Involvement than the chifes.
4. The administrative teachers who are married in Taipei County show more Job-Involvement than those who are sigle.
5. The elementary administrative teachers in Taipei county show high awareness in school efficiency.
6. The directors show higher awareness of school efficiency than the chifes.
7. The elementary administrative teachers in schools which are over 60 classes in Taipei county show higher awareness of School efficiency.
8. The elementary administrative teachers in Taipei county show higher awareness of School efficiency with the increasing age,seniority,and administrative seniority.
9. The job involvement of elementary administrative teachers in Taipei county has close relation with the school efficiency.
10. The job involvement for elementary administrative teachers in Taipei county have influence on school efficiency.
