Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 合作經濟學系 === 97 === This study aims to explore the relationship among trust, work satisfaction, and service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors. Work Satisfaction was hypothesized as a mediator between trust and service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors. This study conducts mediating effect analysis by SPSS and LISREL. The findings of the study revealed that: (1) Trust has significant influence on service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors, (2) Trust has positive relationship with work satisfaction, (3) Work satisfaction has significant influence on service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors, and (4) Work satisfaction has mediation effect on the relationship between trust and service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors. Implications of these findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.
