Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 統計學系 === 97 === The purpose of this research is to design an effective teaching method for the normal distribution curriculum unit of high school mathematics course. After the experimental teaching, the teaching effects of designed method and traditional method are evaluated respectively to compare their differences. Moreover, the evaluation results are adopted to diagnose the students’ learning effects between the two different groups, which can serve as the directions for future reference and improvement. The teaching effects between designed method and traditional method in major aspects of learning are analyzed. The results are listed as follows. (1)Conceptual knowledge learning effect of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group at level α =0.05. (2)Procedural knowledge learning effect of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group at level α=0.10. (3)The experimental group has better abilities than the control group in applying conceptual and knowledgeable reasoning to solve the problems, and the difference is significant at level α =0.05. (4)As a whole, the students of experimental group who accept the experimental teaching method get better teaching effects than those of control group. Therefore, the designed teaching method is worth popularizing and utilizing. In addition to analyzing and discussing the research results, the researcher also proposes some concrete suggestions for teaching activities and future succeeding researches.
