Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 民俗藝術研究所 === 97 === The purpose of the research is to promote and preserve local art and culture. The best way of it is to experience the daily life of local residents. Using touristic activities may help to preserve the local culture. Moreover, people nowadays can also experience the living style of their ancestors through tourism and help to keep and promote the culture of them. This thesis was done based on the theory of key successful factors of managing ecotourism and relative researches relating to this field, which is to seek the main factors of Mataian’s ecotourism tribe by methodologies of field study and questionnaires. According to the analysis of the questionnaires taken, it is found that there are four key successful factors of managing Mataian’s ecotourism tribe, which are marketing promotion, products character, marco-economic, and products presentation. The Tourism Bureau of Mataian successfully combined the cultural development and tourism of Mataian in order to develop and promote both of them in a prosperous way. According to the result of questionnaires of this research, it shows presentation of the Mataian culture plays the most specific role in the success of Matian tourism. Therefore, it comes to the conclusion that a good presentation for the Matian culture has been highly esteemed. The second important factor of the success of the tourism of Matian is the product character. In short, the most practical and realistic way of developing the Matian tourism is to combine the art and culture of the aboriginal tribes with local resources. In this way, the greater outcome of the tourism of Matian can be expected.
