| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 公共行政暨政策學系 === 97 === Because of the coming of globalization﹐corporate social responsibility（CSR） is growing stronger day by day. How can enterprises be sustainable development is an important subject in which any enterprise worthy to invest.
This study mainly discusses Chunghwa Telecom（CHT）in the CSR theory and the pragmatic way at the moment﹐the purposes to discuss include the CHT CSR for stakeholders（staff, customers, community﹐environment and so on）﹐its motives of case corporation﹐methods and influence.
This study adopts the method of case studies﹐including literature review﹐in-depth interview and so on﹐taking Chunghwa Telecom as a case.
This study finds that：1﹒CSR will be the important key factor﹐leading enterprises to sustainable development in the future. 2﹒In order to be more efficient﹐CSR should combine with the enterprise’s core competency. 3﹒CSR makes positive influence for enterprises. 4﹒To decrease telecommunication crime and anxiety of electromagnetic wave is still CHT’s current responsibility.
