Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine in addition to medical treatment, in healthcare and disease prevention are important in the future. However, the apply of Ryodoraku theory and Chinese medicine theory of meridians to develop detectors, which can be used as day-to-day health testing or the auxiliary purposes of clinical testing in Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. Through the collection and detection of the body''s meridians can be used to further protection of personal health or knowledge acquisition of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical diagnosis. As the measurement data of traditional Ryodoraku theory systems, only focus on a single record of measurements over the lack of the process management and analysis of individual measurements. Therefore this study has obtained the useful case knowledge of each measurement based on the application of the concept of knowledge management, and has applied the genetic algorithms (GA) combined with K-means algorithm and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) to obtain, classify and organize case knowledge. Furthermore, this study has acquired a lots of case knowledge to build up the knowledge base. Finally, we have implemented a Ryodoraku Meridian Knowledge Management System, for supporting the management of personal health protection. The system also can provide the assisting of experience knowledge management of clinical medical diagnosis in the traditional Chinese medicine. Shu-Lin Wang 王淑玲 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW
