This study discusses the relationship of competency, personality and job performance of store managers. The result indicates that, First, there are five competencies that store manager should possess, such as (1) market strategy planning and analyzing, (2) service attitude and orientation, (3) internal control and organizational development, (4) selling and promotion skills and (5) problem-solving ability. Secondly, competency of store managers and job performance has significant and positive influences. Thirdly, internal locus of control and job performance has significant and positive influences.
