碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 管理碩士學位學程 === 97 === Due to the resource is limited and our desire is infinite, everyone must make decision anytime and everywhere in order to maximize our profit subject to limited resource. Decision making is the process for searching the best alternative from feasible alternative set. Because, people must make decision before deadline, the data and experts’ subjective opinions are uncertain and fuzziness and the criteria for making decisions are sometimes conflicting. Under group decision-making, we must consider the diverse between different expert’s opinions. In order to solve above-mentioned problem, some multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) methods are developed. However, most of the MCDM methods are used crisp value to evaluate the performance of each alternative with respect to criteria. It is not suitable for realistic environment. Thus, this paper considered both quantitative and qualitative data and used 2-tuple linguistic variable to express the opinions of experts to reduce the uncertainty and fuzziness. The paper will propose five types of fuzzy linguistic decision making model, we will construct the decision making system based on five types of fuzzy linguistic decision making model. Finally, we will make an example and compare the difference of five types of fuzzy linguistic method.
