Summary: | 碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 電機工程學系碩士班 === 97 === The microwave dielectric properties of (Mg1/2X1/2)Al2O4 (X = Zn, Co) ceramic have been studied. (Mg1/2Zn1/2)Al2O4 possesses a dielectric constant of 8.4, a Q?ef value of 95000 GHz and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of -52 ppm/oC at 1600oC for 4 hr. In addition, (Mg1/2Co1/2)Al2O4 possesses a dielectric constant of 8.7, a Q?ef value of 107300 GHz and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of -54 ppm/oC at 1600oC for 4 hr. As mentioned above, the dielectric properties of (Mg1/2Co1/2)Al2O4 are better than the results of (Mg1/2Zn1/2)Al2O4. On the other hand, miniaturized microstrip line hairpin resonator with interdigital capacitor on the ceramic substrate was implemented. The final diplexers which were produced by IDT hairpin resonator and T-junction structure were designed at GSM/DSC with using (Mg1/2Co1/2)Al2O4 ceramic and FR4 substrate.
