The motion sensors allow users to experience the virtual reality, and the force feedback devices not only can make games more interesting, but also protect users to avoid sports injuries or excessive muscle strain. Therefore, it is necessary that the new game hardware contains the basic direction control, the motion-sensing and force feedback devices. TRIZ innovative design theory can lead designers to think out of the box and accelerate the whole process. In order to avoid the sports injuries and the lack of the force feedback devices, this study will focus on researching the force feedback literatures, selecting the original mechanism, and using the TRIZ Theory’s Contradiction, Ideal Design, Substance-Field Analysis, and the CREAX Innovative Software to construct a series of force feedback devices design schemes. For confirming the feasibility of the design scheme, this study manufactures the prototype and applies for the invention patent. Achievements and contributes of this study are shown as below: 1. Construct a series of design schemes of force feedback devices for game hardware. 2. The innovative design scheme applies for the invention patent. 3.
