However, it has the significant deficiency of low light intensity for mini-projector on the projection market. In order to progress the innovation ability of the portable capability and optical performance of the mobile projector, it may have the need to develop the computered-aided development process. Based on the optical simulation analysis and experimental measurements, the study of this thesis is aimed to construct the the computer-aided modeling and analysis of the collaborative product development process for the LED mobile projector consisted of LED light engine and LCD display module. In the thesis, the results of the optical numerical simulation were verified by series of optical experiments such as the goniophoto measurement,scanning illumination experiment and crystal rotation Method. Further study of the high power LED array lighting module were analyzed for the innovative design of the LED projector. Based on the efforts, it may be believed that the computered-aided development process of the mobile LCD projector with a LED optical engine can progress the development quality of the projection industry.
