For example, there are so many resources in Yushan National Park, such as alp topography, ecology, splendid mountains, and old-trail relics to attract mountains of travelers. In order to know whether the travelers are satisfied to the quality of service or not, the national park gave out the first questionnaire in 2004, the second survey was from June 2005 to December 2006, and the third time was during the whole 2007 year. The consequence shows that the travelers have felt satisfied with the service generally but it drops off a little bit; however, the tourists have felt more unsatisfied to the “Lavatory” and “Parking” facilities. There are also big differences between the two investigations no matter at the travelers’ part or at the quality-of-service part. Therefore, we suggest Yushan National Park not only need to have stricter management to remain good quality of “Lavatory” and “Parking” facilities but also need to offer different kinds of service for different tourists with their own age. For example, they should enhance the media facilities and commentary for the young, and put much emphasis on resource preservation for the old. As to the part of tourists with different level of education, they should enhance the use of hardware facilities for the tourists having collage degree and the staff’s attitude, the show content and media facilities for the tourists who are under collage degree. As for the part of tourists with different inhabitations, they should enhance the direction and warning boards to whom live in the middle part, and the footpath to foreigners. In the future, they could have some advanced investigations toward the part with worse satisfaction to improve the quality of service.
