The usage of various vehicle and machine equipment increases increasingly, making the situation quality of the city noise pollution turn worse increasingly. Be located the campus in the city and it closes to community of the quality of life also is subjected to tremendous influence. This research takes geography information system (GIS), ambient noise, space information technique...etc. as foundation to carry on the construction of theories. With GIS space analysis the theories construct the community related street and space information, and consider the situation of the distributing of research object environment noise in the construction process of its environment noise map, according to time and the idea of space, make use of the construction noise of the community environment of the technique of the space information to distribute mode, provide this research emulation reference of basis. This research anticipates to take elementary school as center, school district for investigate scope. With the environment noise of digital sound survey meter each street corner inside the school district, and photograph the situation of the noise source and residents' activity to assistance analysis, the basis been an environment noise factor to induce in this research. This research wants to aim at community environment in Taipei City as object. Operate to up in advance do the whole allocation of community a construction, like street Kuo, road, street condition...etc..Measure by the instrument measurement environment noise inside the community again, and adopt GIS software set the construction of study and mode that be folded to each street Kuo inside the scope of community, carry on environment noise to distribute situation. The expectation result of this research is: 1.Inquire into the noise of the community environment in the city distributes situation. 2. Inquire into the dissimilarity uses to divide into the environment noise of the area to predict mode. 3. Put forth the principle suggestion of the improvement of the city community environment noise.
