Enterovirus infections would not make progressive organ malfunction and affect the development of wisdom. Most of children’s intelligence were normal, but lack of learning environment and support of practical policies. We investigated that children infected with acute enterovirus 71 and their home care problems for facing. Quality method research to analyze the needs of welfare and children health and development. Study outcomes: 1. Substantial add of economy: Medical and nutrient costs were expensive during home care. 2. Medical resources: It is important that the invention of vaccine and early nourishment were intervening in time. 3. Educational resources: School information, school safety, after-class care. 4. Social welfare: Single window set for add, multilink to economic resources, medical resources, educational resources, etc. for care of children infected with enterovirus and resources of welfare and decreasing in social cost. Recommendations for advance study: 1. Sample of study: Less help in study sample due to the golden time passed through the need of case family. Welfare resources should be provided to new case accepted in order to improve the problems of inadequate resources. 2. Methods of study: Our qualitative study was lack of advantages of quantitative analysis because of less sample size. Advance quantitative study is needed to perform in the future study. Especially the study performed in the facility. 3. Variables of study: Limitations of set of variables lead to less sample size. So, study designs don’t limit cases with long term mechanical support in home. Future study can involve the experiences of ventilated patients, family feelings and problems of care. key word:long-term respiratory care in breeding child,the investigation for needs of welfare and satisfaction,infected with enterovrus
