Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 97 === The study aims to explore the relationship between the model of career mobile and psychological contract, and the moderating effect of career system features, to understand the model of career mobility in organization such as: promoted upward mobility (the hierarchical mobile), the level of rotation (the functional/technical mobile), and to the organization of the inner core mobile (the radial mobile) that the impact of employee’s psychological contract, and then join the moderating effect of career system features to understand the variation situation between the organization and individual. Therefore, this study by the Internet questionnaire to collect data and to comply with the definition that the model of career mobility of employee for testing, a total of 191 questionnaires were issued, the valid questionnaires for 180 shares. Following, the empirical analysis by SPSS statistical software for analysis of descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis and the level of empirical analysis of the regression model. The results are as follows: 1. The model of career mobility on the effects of psychological contract, this study found that the hierarchical mobile positively affects on the transaction psychological contract. In addition, the radial mobile positively affects on the relationship psychological contract. And then, the functional/technical mobile has no influence on the balanced psychological contract. 2. The career system features has an obvious and moderating influence on the model of career mobility as well as the psychological contract, this study found that when the employee perception the fairness is more stronger, the hierarchical mobile negatively affects on the transaction psychological contract, the radial mobile – Interdependence positively affects on the relationship psychological contract, and the functional/technical mobile positively affects on the balanced psychological contract.
