Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 應用化學研究所 === 97 === Part 1:New Highly Selective Colorimetric and Fluorescent chemosensors for Mercury Ion Three new chemodosimeters were prepared, they are 1-(4-(Trifluoro methyl) phenyl)-3-(pyren-1-yl) thiourea (1)、1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-(pyren- 1-yl) thiourea (2)、1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-(pyren-1-yl) thiourea (3), respectively. Their chromogenic and fluorogenic chemodosimetric behaviors toward various metal cations were investigated. Receptors (1) to (3) show exclusively response toward Hg2+ ions and also distinguish Hg2+ from other metal cations by color changes. Among them, receptor (1) also exhibited a pronounced Hg2+-induced fluorescence enhancement and a wide pH span (4.0- 10.0). Thus, the receptor (1) can be used as a colori metric and fluorescent chemodosimeter for determination of Hg2+ ion. Part 2:The Renal Toxicity of Tetrandrine Fangji mainly includes Stephania tetrandra S. Mooret and Aristolochia fangchi. Generally we are called Fangji and Guang Fenji separately. However, their chemical constituents are different. The main active chemical constituents in the roots of S. tetrandra are the alkaloids tetrandrine while aristolochic acid is the major bioactive constituent of the root of A. fangchi. We known Guang Fangji has the toxicity and the carcinogenicity to the normal hepatic and renal cell or the organization. The plant root''s shape and name are similar, therefore it is easy to misused. The plant Stephania tetrandra S. Mooret was used in ancient China. It has been clinically used to treat patients with inflammation, hypertension and it also has anti-tumor/growth effect. Previous report that describe tetrandrine have certain toxicity, therefore we intend to study tetrandrine toxicity in vitro and in vivo.
