Abstract
There are many methods to solve the problems entrepreneurs may face,and McKinsey Consulting Method is one of them.Micro-entrepreneurs are very common in Taiwan in the poor economic era . For the micro-entrepreneurs ，how to deal with a variety of different problems and how to find the solutions are the issues of this research.
McKinsey believes that finding problems is even more important than solving problems. To searching and analysis of the problem is the first step to solve the problem properly . This is because the successful solution of the wrong problem is worse than not finding out the problems. Face the problems, McKinsey Consulting Method belives finding more valuable problems and try harder to resolve them.
Identify the problems and assume the initial program as a solution to the problem ,and analyze the problem further. McKinsey problem-solving methods generally include commissioned, the formation of the team, data collection, data research, carried out visits to hold meetings to discuss, and the formation of the programs In this study, using McKinsey Consulting Methods to do the problem-solving will use be seen on the study, such as looking for problems, analyze problems and problem-solving research.
In this paper, how the entrepreneurs solve problems and if the McKinsey Consulting Methods are used will be the research object. The use of depth interviews will lead us to tell the topic. The main proposition in the following: McKinsey Consulting Methods have been run for a number of years .There must have its advantages. In different situations, different entrepreneurs face the various crises will have different responses.This study is to explore how the micro-entrepreneurs deal with problems and if they use the concept of McKinsey Consulting Methods .
