Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 國際經營與貿易學系 === 97 === A continuous sourcing of repatriation-based competencies allows the organization to develop a mindset for competing effectively in hypercompetitive market segments. Repatriates possessed abundant of knowledge confront global management are important assets to multinational corporations. This research integrates repatriate knowledge management and the Reasoned Action Theory to examine the effects of repatriate management and adjustments on knowledge sharing attitude and intention.
This study collected 213 valid samples for analysis. First, regression analysis results indicated that career path planning is positively related to the knowledge sharing attitude and repatriate adjustment. Second, the work and interaction adjustment have significant effects on knowledge sharing attitude. Finally, knowledge sharing attitude has a positive effect on knowledge sharing intention.
This study has two contributions. For the academic side, this research provides empirical evidence to support the research framework. For the practical side, it implies that enterprises could implement career path planning to strengthen the knowledge sharing attitude of repatriates. Moreover, enterprises could help repatriates’ adjustment to enhance their knowledge sharing attitude and intention.
