Under this competitive circumstance, the websites that appeal to their stocks learning functions did neither enlarge their scale to larger ones like Wretch.cc and I-part.com, and so on, which have reached a certain number of people, nor close down with the web bubbles. Therefore, this research centers on the stock websites such as Wearn.com, E-stock .com.tw and Pina Stock Market, etc., and chose the founder of Pina Stock Market as the interviewee, analyze the management status quo and prospects for future development of current stocks learning websites from the perspective of a learner, hoping that we will realize further the main concerns in web designing and the key points of managing virtual social groups by means of this research. Through the examination and analysis of this research, with regard to current stock websites, we can come to the conclusions as follows: 1. The websites can hardly gain their members’ recognition when their self-positioning has been lost; as a result, they can no longer steadily draw the members or maintain the flow of the members who keep surfing on their websites. 2. In designing the functions, the websites will lose their lock-in mechanism if they lack the accumulative results design. 3. If there is too little mechanism for members’ interaction, the lock-in mechanism that originates from members’ frequent interaction can never be set up. 4. Unique information may not be able to obtain the majority’s recognition, but is able to set up the lock-in mechanism for the minority. 5. If the other websites provide the same free services, the charges will be the deciding factor that affects the recruitment of new members. 6. At the stage of designing the web platform, the way it functions has been decided, so has the flexibility of the way it promotes. 7. When the participants are conspicuously less than the members, the idea that the websites can recruit members by resorting to contests deserves to be discussed. 8. The number of the members of the websites is not equal to the decisive majority, so the decisive majority will be conspicuously less than the members. However, it is the decisive majority that can make positive feedback. 9. The capability of the core of the management team will have influence on the way the websites make their development.
