In experiment 1, it induced positive encouragement, negative encouragement and control group subjects on forty-five soldiers. The result found that positive encouragement type could induce positive emotion and promotion focus motives, while the negative encouragement type could induce negative emotion and prevention focus motives. In experiment 2, it activated the positive encouragement, negative encouragement and control group on ninety soldiers. The result was that positive encouragement group has higher creative potential than negative encouragement group; however, there was no difference in critical thinking. In experiment 3, it used the same method as experiment 1 and 2, except taking the “Regulatory Focus Questionaire” and ”New Creativity Assessment” to test creativity. The result was that prevention focus could moderate the relationship between negative encouragement and creativity, and it could aslo moderate the relationship between positive encouragement and critical thinking. The findings show that positive encouragement could promote the positive emotion, promotion focus motive and creativity, while negative encouragement could increase the negative emotion and prevention focus motive. Furthermore, prevention focus could moderate the relationship between positive encouragement and creativity, and the relationship between negative encouragement and critical thinking. 邱發忠 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
