Moreover, they also relief policy form a general consensus of public opinion and support. This phenomenon is researcher devotes into explore. The purpose of this study was an analysis of the "China's Sichuan earthquake" disaster news contexts that Xinhua News Agency and The Central News Agency (CNA) reported, and adopted content analysis to compare the contexts produced by two news agencies that was in the framework of various types of information for the purpose of changing circumstances. Samples were taken from the Xinhua News Agency, CNA for nine days of post-disaster disaster news. In addition, by the framework of "life-cycle issues," "news value", "source", "time frame", "space frame", "news type" and "press theme" to explore the literature of viewing the content of the samples showed that the framework of meaning and value portfolios, and then finishing in a single cross-strait news agency reports on the disaster of the same, different Department. First of all, the study found that the life cycle of the subject, the Xinhua News Agency reports continued to increase, while the CAN was a "latency period of rise, peak, recession," four stages. Secondly, the Xinhua News Agency took attention to "national level" framework for portfolio, and the Central News Agency focused on "community level" portfolio framework. In conclusion, there wer clear differences between the two news agencies in different environment. That could be applied to our reference of the disaster news research.
