This research adopt questionaire fill up answer style,The Guard Administration Executive Yuan, coast patrols directorate general , Sea patrols directorate general , north coastal patrol office, central coastal patrol office, southern coastal patrol office, and east coastal patroloffice as e-mail random-work sends questionaire, reconnaissance brigade investigation team are as purpose sampler investigation, 400 questionaires proceed bestow measure total, include military post personnel, warn position personnel, civil servant waits for kind for research object.
